Enjoy exclusive use of our private studio with an individualised training session designed for your specific training needs and goals. The sessions are focused on YOU and only YOU, and are programmed to your limitations and abilities. The constant one-on-one attention ensures you will be pushed to achieve maximum results. Your session duration can be 30 or 45 minutes and your progress will be tracked and monitored.
