Two Separate Face To Face (Or Zoom) Discussions

Our weight loss consultations are conducted over two separate face to face (or zoom discussions).

Session 1 – (Approx. 45 – 60mins) consists of an in-depth discussion of your previous and current health, lifestyle, diet and exercise habits. This is for us to gather as much information as possible about yourself and the health screen is to eliminate any potential risk factors regarding any changes to your diet and exercise. This information is private and confidential and is used for us to make custom recommendations which you can implement as part of a sustainable lifestyle changes.

Session 2 – (Approx. 20-30mins) consists of our outcomes and recommendations tailored to your personal preferences. This is only applicable to you and may include specific goal setting and small changes to dietary, exercise and /or lifestyle adaptations which are going to help you achieve your desired results.
