Our head trainer Tanya has successfully transformed her own life through her fitness journey, and as a registered and experienced personal trainer, she is also qualified to specialise in weight loss. Using in-depth health and exercise evaluations, strength training and nutrition coaching, Tanya continues to produce dramatic results for each individual client and their personalised goals regardless of their fitness levels.
Tanya thrives on seeing client progress, and together with her positive outlook and solid commitment to overall health and wellbeing, she is able to support her clients to become the best version of themselves
