It is the art of practicing healthy habits to improve on lifestyle areas such as social connectedness, exercise, nutrition, sleep and mindfulness. There is no perfect balance. As we navigate around our crazy, busy lives and strive to find a happy medium to meet all our physical, emotional, and social needs, sometimes we forget about the simple things we can do to help become better versions of ourselves.

The Wellness Inspired Team

Our team is passionate about inspiring others to practice healthy habits for a balanced lifestyle.

Encompassing a holistic approach, we aim to share knowledge to empower clients with the right tools for them to create sustainable solutions for lasting health, happiness and confidence.

Our head trainer Tanya has successfully transformed her own life through her fitness journey, and as a registered and experienced personal trainer, she is also qualified to specialise in weight loss. Using in-depth health and exercise evaluations, strength training and nutrition coaching, Tanya continues to produce dramatic results for each individual client and their personalised goals regardless of their fitness levels.

Tanya thrives on seeing client progress, and together with her positive outlook and solid commitment to overall health and wellbeing, she is able to support her clients to become the best version of themselves

Tanya has put together a handful of FREE work-out suggestions here to help inspire you on your journey to wellness.

When both health issues and lifestyle factors saw a substantial increase in my weight, I found myself lethargic, unmotivated and unsure as to where to start in changing this. After my medications stabilized, I sought out Tanya after numerous recommendations from friends. Tanya came packed with knowledge, motivational energy and a willingness to put in the hard yards equal to that which I put in. Tanya worked with me across a number exercise recommendations tailored to suit my needs, varied, but structured, to keep it not only interesting, but more importantly, provide the most effective workout, covering both strength and cardio. Tanya also provided me with valuable nutritional advice to accompany the weight loss plan. Tanya continues to work along side me as a source of advice, support and motivation as I continue with my weight loss journey.
